waited to go after the sun went behind the trees yesterday evening....after i ate supper. proabably a big mistake. the 20 min. run was the least enjoyable workout so far. i think i was at a 11.5 min/mile pace and only covered 1.75 miles in 20 minutes. i'd like to get down to a 10min/mile pace but im still carrying alot of weight. also, i think i need to increase the exercising to at least 5 days a week. right now im just running 3-4 days a week. accoridng to my calendar, i should be finishing up the 9th week on june 25.
i'm trying to run down a nike+ kit locally to start logging my workout stats without having to wear the ipod and the hero.
