W5D1 yesterday

i started W5 yesterday evening, which definitely seems like a turing point in the length of the run times.  the podcast for this week is a little confusing and i could barely hear the voice prompts. i fealt like i ran the last 5 min run stronger than the first 5 min run. the wife and kids were at the neighborhood pool so i altered my route to finish at the pool and swim with the kids for a while.   the route change added an additional hill, but it didnt seem too bad.  still no labored breathing or stiches in my side. it only took a few minutes to feel relaxed.  i think the next day has two 8 minute runs  and the third day is a single 20 minute run.  my legs feel like they are getting more acclimated to the "longer" run times.  im itching to try a new pair of shoes to see if i can find more comfortable soles.   im two weeks away from 25 min runs.
