so i get about 15 minutes into today's workout and feel like the plug to my ear phones isn't in the shuffle very good. i reach down to push it when i accidently hit the control pad, skipping forward to the next item on the shuffle.... i spend the next ten minutes trying to figure out where i was in the ullrey week 1 workout podcast. so i just decide to start it over, sans the five minute walk warm up. at this point, i suppose it's better to do more than less. on the plus side, i'm down three lbs. from last wednesday.
