1st day in the weight room

i don't have much to report today.  decided to do a mile warm-up walk and head inside to start some weight training.  3 sets of 10 for biceps, triceps, shoulders and back, as well as 3 sets of 15 leg lifts.  i must say, the leg lifts are hella easier than crunches.

the legs seem to have recovered from yesterday. heading back tomorrow for W1D2.
