so i have been using two calorie counter apps on my phone, mynetdiary and fatsecret. when i started, i guesstimated my starting weight at 280. i know for a fact that earlier int he summer i was over 281. at any rate, i have been trying to limit my calorie intake and control my portion size. ive also been running 2-3 times a week and went swimming for the first time yesterday. this morning my scale told me i was at 274.4, down 5.6 lbs from 280. its a start.
