insanity day 1: fit test

in a word...pathetic.  started at 6:05 a.m. first i wanted to throw up. then i wanted the burning in my lungs to quit.  when it was finally over, i just wanted to lay down and go back to sleep.  on the bright side, i was early to work this morning.  just now stopped sweating.

jeez...has anyone seen the 10 day forecast?  100% chance of pain!
