so a buddy of mine challenged me to do the st. jude's half-marathon in memphis on december 4. since the watermelon classic in july, i've been slacking. time to get serious, put in the miles and lay off the junk food and soft drinks. gonna start today by swearing of fast food and soft drinks. so far, only 12 ritz crackers and three bottle of water this morning.
another friend of mine turned me on to a television series that is available on the netflix. so, i will be moving the eliptical into theatre 506 and plan to incorporate my terrible telivision habit into the training on non-running days.
