so ive been putting off doing the engineered flooring in the playroom for about four or five months. finally took the time to do it this weekend. i figure i did the equivalent of at least 150 squats saturday evening. when i woke up sunday, my legs and glutes were killing me. still today they are more sore than i ever remember. feels like i did several laps of knee to ground lunges. cant wait for the burning to subside. think ill ride the bike for a while and give my feet, ankles and knees some rest.
