so the mrs. kicked me out of bed at 5:45 this morning. i headed around the lake, hating every step...when i made it back home, i wanted to go back to bed. but, i got the kids dressed and fed them breakfast, then hit the shower and made it to work on time.
im trying to track my dietary trends.....not a problem for breakfast and lunch....but gets kind of difficult for the evening time meal. im trying to keep it under 2000 cal. per day.
according to calorie counter, i had a glass of OJ, a pop tart, two tuna sandwiches, a serving of pringles sweet bbq chips, a serving of grapes and a nutter butter for a total of 1229 calories from breakfast and lunch.
for supper i had a turkey sandwich and PBJ sandwich, some corn chips with picante sauce, a cup of yogurt and a nutter butter.
looks like i can drop about 800 calories by nixing the second sandwiches and the nutter butters.
